Every story is different—so each project is carefully quoted based on your unique needs. Below is a general pricing guide to help you understand how everything works:

• Interview Time: $18/hour
   
• Client Communication & Story Development: $18/hour
   
• Final Draft Writing & Editing: $5/page
   

• Illustration Time: $18/hour
   
• Optional Flat Fee Illustration Package:            Custom flat rate with a time cap (ex: $180 for up to 10 hours of artwork)
   
• Custom Cover Design: 

Pricing varies based on style (quoted after consult)
 

• Optional Photo Inclusion: 

Pricing varies depending on number and placement
 

• Gas Fee: $0.50 per mile (round trip)
   
• Travel Time: $15/hour
   

For clients who want artwork but prefer a set price, I offer a flat fee with a built-in time cap. This means you’ll know the total cost upfront (for example: $180 for up to 10 hours of illustration work). If more time is needed beyond that cap, we’ll talk before adding anything extra.
